Grenen is a unique natural phenomenon where the two seas Skagerak and Kattegat meet and the waves culminate with each other.

At Lindholm Høje archaeologists have found several burial sites and settlements originating from both the Germanic Iron Age and the Viking Age, both of which are two very important eras in Danish history.

Melting ice, rock, gravel, clay and sand formed 15,000 years ago what today is known as Jyske Ås (The Jutlandic Esker), which resounds with stories from the Ice Age - listen, maybe you can sense the faint whisper of interesting stories in the fresh wind.

The Sunset Viewpoint in Højen (Old Skagen) has always been a major tourist attraction in Skagen, offering guests wonderful views of the northernmost sunsets in Denmark, and the area has recently been completely renovated.
