Hotel Viking - Venue

Hotel Viking's central location in Sæby, North Jutland, is one of the reasons why many private and public businesses host both smaller and larger meetings/conferences with us each year.

The region's three largest cities are all within a 45-minute drive, but despite the short distance, Hotel Viking is still like an oasis, close to both forest and beach, and sufficiently shielded from the city's pulse.

Instead of splitting up and dining at different restaurants after a successful day, people are more likely to stay together in our atmospheric surroundings. In other words, our location serves as a driver for extra networking and social interaction.

The hotel has been expanded multiple times, and today we offer 75 rooms, state-of-the-art 4-star conference facilities, a restaurant, a lounge with a bar, a wine cellar, a large fitness center, and North Jutland's largest Spa & Wellness area.

In the wine cellar, we offer wine tastings and glass tastings. Our director Brian and several of the waiters can add "sommelier" to their business cards, and besides having a great interest and knowledge of wines, they also know many fun and quirky stories about the hotel. Overnight conference guests have free access to our large Spa & Wellness area and Fitness Center during their stay. The Spa & Wellness area is open every day from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.

Our unique location, just 400 meters from both the forest and the beach, offers a wide range of activities in connection with your visit, and we collaborate with professional providers who offer team building and other activities.

The kitchen usually makes the headlines, and not without reason. The chefs smoke, pickle, preserve, and bake, and many of the raw materials come from local producers.
