Street art "Out in the open" - Super A - Østerbrogade 52
On Østerbrogade in Nørresundby, the Dutch artist Super A has created the façade mural Unfold. The work is rich in symbolism and contrasts, and explores the relationship between people, nature and urban life in a narrative inspired by Hans Christian Andersen’s fairy tales.

In Unfold, Super A explores contrasts as a recurring theme. At first glance, the work appears to be a colourful butterfly symbolising freedom, but on closer inspection, a series of hidden narratives and symbols are revealed.
The gable mural is inspired by Hans Christian Andersen’s fairy tales and features motifs that reflect the encounter between different worlds and perspectives. At the same time, the bridge between Aalborg and Nørresundby serves as a central metaphor for connection, balance and cohesion between people, the city and nature.
