The Restaurant Bühlmann is Hotel Scheelsminde’s gastronomic restaurant, which adheres to classic French cuisine, while also being strongly influenced by modern techniques. Scheelsminde’s wine cellar offers carefully selected wines from all over the world
The restaurant is in the main building of the old manor and only has seven tables, where a maximum number of 24 guests are served per evening. Here, professional waiters and chefs provide a good service with both enthusiasm and great care.
The gastronomic style at Restaurant Bühlmann is high-end, French cuisine with a focus on using local ingredients, meat, fish and vegetables, along with herbs from the restaurant’s own garden. Caviar and truffles are also used in the seasonal three, five, and seven course menus.
The Wine Cellar of Scheelsminde
Scheelsminde’s wine cellar is looked after and cared for by the restaurants Sommelier, who purchases wines from all over the world, so the cellar holds a small selection from many of the wine producing countries.
Especially cherished by the restaurant are the old world wines, and they are particularly fond of their selection of red Burgundy and Bordeaux wines, but also their unique collection of DRC wines.
The restaurant is open Wednesday to Saturday from 18:00 – last orders at 20:30.
