Hiking route: Clover trails Asaa, short forest route - 2.5 km
The 2.5 km green route takes you into the beech forest Vestergaards Skov. There is a good opportunity to see deer and not least the flowering anemones in spring.
The tour starts at the square and takes you past Stjernepladsen, which is an urban space for all ages with table-bench sets, "Asaa ship" and playground. Part of the route follows the Life Route, where all ages have given their take on what happiness is. You will also pass the scout house and some shelters owned by the YMCA scouts in Asaa.
At Lodsgade 23 you can see the shooting house, which was built around 1400 and belonged to Voergaard Castle as a shooting house. The shooting ramp can still be seen in the west gable of the house. Further down the street at number 27 you'll find Kragh's house, which was built in 1750. Both the shooting house and Kragh's house were once a customs house.
