Shelter From The Storm: Denmark's new folk and country festival
Aalborg is getting its own folk and country festival. Shelter From The Storm is a new, ambitious festival project organized by Skråen in collaboration with a wide range of cultural players in Nordkraft. Two days of music, community and presence - right in the heart of Aalborg.
The festival will unfold all over Nordkraft - from Kedelhallen with record exchange, food market and artist talks, to intimate and sensuous concert experiences in Teater Nordkraft and other alternative stages.
Experience folk and country music in all its forms - from raw and honest stories to big, communal moments. The festival aims to create an inclusive space where audience and artists merge in the music.
