Archival & Poetic Self Exercise – Performance med Sisters Hope
Step into your poetic self. Pause the hustle and bustle of everyday life and step into Sisters Hope’s poetic universe.

In ‘Archival & Poetic Self Exercise’, Sisters Hope invites you to a sensory and performative experience that begins with ‘The Poetic Self’ – a poetic meditation in which you are guided to explore your own inner, poetic landscape. The exercise forms a central part of Sisters Hope’s unique performance method and creates a space for immersion, reflection and sensory presence.
From here, the experience moves on into *The Archive*, Sisters Hope’s performative archive, which has been brought to *Kunsten* as part of the exhibition *Sisters Hope & Kunsten*. Here, the archive is brought to life through a performative act that builds on the poetic exercise.
‘Archival & Poetic Self Exercise’ takes its starting point in ‘Sisters Hope & Kunsten’, where the performance group has incorporated works from Kunsten’s collection into their unique sensory performance universe, creating a poetic alternative to our hectic surroundings. Here, you are not merely a spectator, but are invited to step inside, immerse yourself and take an active part in the exhibition.
Take part in one of four performances: two on 2 September and two on 18 October, which also marks the final day of the Sisters Hope & Kunsten exhibition.
