From Sunday 27 June, and then every Sunday to Thursday during the schools' summer holidays - weeks 26 to 31 - you can learn more about the German bunker facilities in Hirtshals, which were very heavily fortified during World War II. Come around from 2 pm to 3.30 pm to some of the 70 locations in the Germans' old 10. Battery - we look at exhibitions in residential bunkers, hospital and kitchen bunkers and much more. On the tour we will also move in the trenches between the piles and maybe get a sense of what it was like to be a German soldier in this little corner of the great war. You will find the Bunker Museum at the address Fyret 3 in Hirtshals.
