Along the fjord you will find fine beaches, walkways and viewpoints where you can enjoy the silence or take a dip. The popular Nibe Harbor is an ideal starting point for a walk along the water or a break overlooking the fjord.
 

Hiking trails and routes
Explore the area's many trails - such as the scenic Lundbækstien, which connects Nibe with Halkær and Halkær Lake. Here you can experience rich birdlife, beautiful nature and changing landscapes.
 

Halkær Lake and Vejlerne
Just south of Nibe lies Halkær Lake and the protected wetlands, an eldorado for birdwatchers and nature lovers. The area has birdwatching towers, footbridges and great picnic areas.
